Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Dhanbad, India
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Provisionad Media. No portion of our website, services, or content may be reproduced, transmitted, stored, or shared—whether electronically or otherwise—without prior written consent from Provisionad Media. This includes inclusion in any public or private databases, retrieval systems, or platforms.
